Staff Appreciation
Each year, during Teacher Appreciation Week, Silver Lake Regional Middle School PTO hosts a Staff Appreciation Luncheon. This luncheon is catered by Johnny Macaroni's in Halifax. In addition beverages and dessert are donated by local businesses.
Staff Appreciation 101
TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT:

Order food from Johnny Macaroni's.
- 2 Full Trays of Chicken Parmesan
- 1 Full Tray Chicken Boccoli Ziti Alfredo
- 1/2 Tray Veggie Lasagna
- 1/2 Tray Lasagna
- 1 Full Tray Meatballs
- 1 1/2 Trays Garden Salad

Get Donations from Local Businesses

2 cases Bottled Water
-
4 packs of Flavored Seltzer Water

Assorted Desserts
-
Fruit Tray
-
Plates, Napkins, and Cutlery
-
Decorations (3 long paper table clothes, balloons & center pieces)

Gift Cards in $10 Increments (one for each staff member)

DAY OF THE EVENT:

Set-up Teacher's Dining Room
- You will need three long tables for the buffet
- Use paper table clothes on long tables and cloth table clothes in PTO closet for round tables
- Decorate room
- Cut Chicken & Lasagna into smaller portions

Serve Food for all Lunch Waves

Give the Administrative Assistants in the Main Office the Gift Cards to distribute to Staff Members.

Clean-up (leave leftovers for custodial staff)
