The Silver Lake Regional Middle School P.T.O. scholarship is awarded to three qualified Silver Lake Regional High School students.  These students must have:

• Attended Silver Lake Regional Middle School 
   

• Demonstrated exemplary community service and/or volunteerism
   

• Be a Silver Lake Regional High School senior who has met all of the requirements for graduation
   

• Have been accepted with the intent to attend a two or four-year undergraduate program in a college, university, or technical career program
   

• Have exceeded the 40 hours of community service and/or volunteerism (required by Silver Lake Regional High School) with a recognized organization
   

• Complete the SLRMS PTO Scholarship Application and submit it before the deadline.

$500 will be awarded to one student from each of the towns in the Silver Lake Regional School District.
